This is to inform you that the colour television that I had purchased from your authorised store of Samsung just sometime back is no more functioning properly.

The picture often gets blurred and also the sound is not clear. This is creating a lot of inconveniences and we have tried in several ways to rectify it but failed and therefore I am very sure that something is wrong in the interior of the television.

I would like to request you to send a technician as soon as possible to detect and rectify our problem. Also, if required make a replacement for this TV set as it falls within the warranty period. I will be waiting for your quick response.

This is a matter of serious inconveniences and we have tried our best to rectify it but failed and therefore we are confirmed that something is wrong in the interior of the television.

I, therefore, would like to request you to send your service technician at your earliest to detect and rectify the problem. In case it does not work, you may please replace it with another new one.
