Sir/Madam ,

I am Mohanty , a sport Incharge of MPS Public School in Cuttack. The reason behind this letter is recently we asked Ganesh Sports to supply some sport equipments but instead of supplying quality equipment they supplied us with used equipments . So, we had returned them and searching for a good supplier . And one of my friends told that Panda sports of Ruchika Market in Bhubaneswar were famous for supplying sports equipments .

So, I am writing this letter to request you to supply some sports equipments for our school . As you know that sports are important in our daily life . So , that is why I request you to send the below equipments as fast as possible because we need to develop the children physically also .

The required equipments are as follows ;

Dear sir,

Withdue request, I am Mohanty , a sport Incharge of MPS Public School , Cuttack. The sports equipment of our school are old & gets weared. So, we are in search for a good seller . We found you out famous for selling sports equipments & we are old customers of your shop .

Making a request for supply of some sports equipments for our school I wrote this letter to you . We know sports are important to our school students & they require for practicing for the zonal event. I humbly request you to send the below mentioned equipments as fast as possible.
