Sub: AAA School trip to Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu
I am writing this letter with regard to the school trip, which was arranged last week to Nilgiris Tea Estate, by your agency.
I wish to inform that the rooms arranged for the 50 children on the trip, at CC Hotels, Nilgiris was sub-standard and not as shown in your travel brochure. The children complained that they could not sleep because of bed bugs.
North Indian meals were not available at the hotel restaurant, though it was promised and mentioned in your brochure.
It was a big let down and none of the teachers accompanying the children/children, are happy about the arrangements that were made.
I request that you kindly provide us a refund of the amount paid to you, since none of the facilities mentioned and agreed by you, were met.
Please respond before 15.1.2019.

I have booked 25 rooms for my 50 students but when we reached to your club we found sub-standard and low quality rooms with no hygiene maintained in the rooms and bathrooms. The bed roll wasn’t washed properly and the club didn’t served us north Indian meals as stated before.
I am requesting for full refund of our booking.
