Sub: Arranging special coaching in English Sir.

I am the monitor of X ‘A’ class. On behalf of my class, I have to make a request. Our teacher of English was bed-ridden and was on leave for a month. Our Pre-board exams are approaching and our syllabus is not vet completed. If he finishes the course in a hurry, we shall not understand the lessons fully. We shall be highly obliged and thankful to you if you arrange extra coaching classes in English so that we get enough time to practice and learn our lessons fully.

Thanking you,

Your obediently

Letter to the school principal to arrange special classes.

Class XI-B,

Shradhanand Public School,

Kanpur.

May 21, 2010.

The Principal,

Shradhanand Public School,

Kanpur.

Subject - To arrange special classes in English.

Madam,

I, Sneha, a student of Class XI-B, is writing this letter on behalf of all the students of my class. We request you to arrange special classes in English.

This is because our English teacher has been on leave for one month. No substitute teacher for the subject has been arranged yet. Moreover, our pre-boards are approaching after fifteen days and our syllabus has not yet been completed. Half of our pre-board syllabus is pending. Thus, it is the request of all the students to arrange special classes.

Also, please arrange them after the school hours, so that studies of our other subjects do not get hampered. Kindly look into the matter and take immediate action. We will be obliged with the action.

Thank you,

Yours truly,

Sneha
