I beg to draw your kind attention towards the purchase of a coloured LED from your shop vide cash memo no. 228 dated may 22, 2020. It worked very well for a few months but now it has created disturbance for all of us. Its picture often changes and there's a whir sound in it. Even its switches don't work properly and features often appear on the screen. It even takes a lot of time before functioning.
Before purchasing you pleaded its durability, utility and stability but it seems it had been only a bargain. It has got some fault. You also provided me with a guarantee card just in case there appears any defect. So I request you to exchange the tv because it stands within the stipulated guarantee period.
