I am Mandira, from Sector 29, Chandhigarh, writing a letter to complain about the books I received last Friday.

I recieved the 5 volumes of the ABC encyclopedia that I ordered from your store last Friday. Many of the pages are missing in the 3 volumes of the encyclopedia. I kindly request you to replace the books or give a refund.
