Dear diary ,
Today I read a book it was about how to overcome stress & anxiety .The title was quite catchy. It is a self-help, motivational book written by Corinne Sweet❤︎
She has previously written a lot of motivational books to give a hope to people about life.It is designed for anyone who struggles anxiety , whether it's in the form of phobias, generalised anxiety or day-to-day worrying .
when I read it for the first time , I was like wow !! how helpful this is . however I don't specifically have anxiety issues , but after I read about it I found it really interesting . The book was honestly so deep and addicting .
It had motivating quotes and sayings after each chapter .I would say it was one of the best books I've ever read !!
