To the manager,

Mr.Evans,

I would like to inform you that I,Manohar Singh, am writing this letter on account of filing an official complaint for one of your products.

Last month, I bought an electric iron from your store and have been experiencing much issues with the product. At first I wasn't able to detect the defect in your product and lack of quality in its utility but now I am fed up of it.

The temperature control on this iron does not work properly and I have ended up burning a few shirts as a result. Also it consumes too much power and is doubling my electricity bills. I am a middle class man and cannot afford such an expensive and useless product. I would like to request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and according to my warranty get this exchanged for a fresh piece which functions properly or at least refund me my money.

Kindly let me know as soon as possible about what can be done in this matter.

Thanking you,

Yours sincerely,

Manohar SIngh,

Subject: Defective Electric Iron

Sir:

I bought automatic Philips electric ironfrom your showroom May 2, 2019, sale no. 9373. I regret to inform you that it is not working properly. Its temperature control does not work and power consumption is too high.

I have been a regular customer of your products since 2007. You can look up my purchase record in your system. My customer identity is given on the invoice I am attaching with this letter. I appeal to you to have the fault repaired or the defective iron replaced as it is within the warranty period. Looking forward to prompt response.

Yours truly,

Manohar Singh
