Dear diary,
Today, when I was reading the newspaper in the morning, I found a news headline regarding tsunami and all of a sudden, my old frightful memories flashed in front of my eyes.
I could still remember the time when I was just 13 years old, floating on a piece of wood in the vast never ending sea, continuously from the past 2 days. During that time, I was starving with hunger, nor I had a single drop of water to drink. I had lost all of my hopes of seeing land and my family again and was simply waiting for my last moment of life. That tsunami, was very disastrous, it ruined everything, my house, farm, cattles, belongings litrally everything I could think of.
But by god's will, finally I am alive and with everything and even more that I had lost in that disaster.
Meghna
