we the civilians of Delhi specially in the area of shastrinagar there is very shortage of water here. We can't do nothing, we had also tried many times before but that was no use.

Noone can't live without water, so how can anyone ignore us. Sometimes water came but not as much to fulfil all the needs of people living there.

So, I hope you will listen us and try to manage to write in ur newspaper. And also print some articles so that people will inspire.
