Subject - Regarding crimes against women.
Sir,
I have come across news of the past few weeks and I was shocked to see an abrupt increase in a number of crimes against women.
The recent increase in number has affected a lot of lives and instilled fear among the working population of females.
With this rate of increase in crime, many females would have to leave their work and studies. This will lead to the regress of India.
As the number tends to increase day by day, the measures need to be taken by the immediate effect. But I am disappointed to see neither any article nor any suggestion regarding the same in any newspaper.
I want to suggest a few ways to overcome this problem. First of all, 24*7 drone surveillance should be among all the deserted places and at nights.
The camera quality should be good enough to recognise the culprits as well as the number plates of vehicles if involved.
The instant action of the police, as well as court judgement, is the need of the hour. This should also be taken care of.
Other than that, emergency numbers of women helpline should be functional. There are a lot of complaints about the same.
Hope you publish this concern of mine, to raise voice against this important issue.
