Thank you very much for extending the invitation to be a judge for the talent search competition for children. I am deeply honoured to have been selected and am grateful for the opportunity to participate in such a wonderful event.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to accept the invitation due to a previous engagement that I cannot reschedule. I understand that this may cause inconvenience, and I sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause.
I am sure that the talent search competition will be a great success and I wish the club and all participants the best of luck. I hope that you can find another qualified judge to take my place, and I am confident that the event will be a success, with or without my participation.
Again, I am deeply grateful for the invitation and regret that I will not be able to accept it. I hope we will have the opportunity to work together in the future.
