Sir/Ma'am,

Through this letter, I would like to draw your kind attention towards the deterioration of the books. I am your regular customer, but it neer happened like this. This time, the books' condition are very deteriorating. They are not maintained. Pages are torn. The books are of old edition but we want new edition. There are very much dirty spots on the books. The books are purchased by me on 05 March, 2021 and the bill number is 01125689. I request you to look into the matter and do needful as soon as possible.
