I am a resident of SJP apartments, J 1903, I'm writing this letter complaining about the rough treatment of my neighbor Mr. Sigh towards his pet dog.
I had noticed that Mr. Sing's dog has been limping some days back, I tried asking Mr. Singh about it and he said that he just got hurt by banging into the wall. I observed his dog for a few more weeks, and spotted bruises on him. The next day, Mr. Singh's window was open and i heard a dog crying in pain. After looking out i saw Mr.Singh beating his dog with a cricket bat. After beating him he leashed him outside in the rain.
I humbly request you to do the needful and save Mr. Singh's dog.
