I bought Alto K 10 from your showroom on April 10, 2019. I regret to inform you that the quality of consumer service at your showroom is very poor. Actually, the car steering was producing some unwanted sound while turning it. I came to the showroom to have it fixed. I had to wait for very long in the consumer lounge. No representative approached to attend me. I had to run form counter to counter to be guided. My entire day was wasted. In spite of the servicing of the steering, it is still producing noises.
