dear Anita,
recently I was feeling very stressed due to my college assignements and other extra curricular activities. I wasn't able to calm myself in this world where everyone worries and has no patience. one day, one of my own friends suggested me that I should calm myself by doing yoga every morning. I liked that advice and started doing yoga. initially I did not feel any difference in my lifestyle but over the period of time I just couldn't realise how yoga completely changed me. I became a very calm and patient person. it helped me increase my concentration in studies, and also helped me to have a positive start in my day. meditation helped me relax my mind and soul. yoga also helped me loose weight and stay fit. my skin started glowing due to increased blood circulation in my body. many of my mental health issues were also resolved due to yoga. now yoga has become such an integral part of my life that I can't imagine my day starting without it. I suggest that even you should start doing yoga daily for atleast half an hour so that your mind body and soul are relaxed and stress doesn't cause you any mental health issues.
