Subject: Complaint against the mobile phone bought from your store.
This complaint is with reference to the XYZ mobile phone(model no. 2334) bought from your store at 19 March 2019 with reciept no. 445.
The mobile is defective as I have encountered the following defects:
1. The image quality is not good.
2. The response of the camera is very late after the button is clicked.
3. All attempts to import image from the mobile fail.
4. Some apps are automatically uninstalled without anyone deliberately doing it.
To resolve this problem completely, I would like to exchange this mobile with a new one of the same model that works properly or I would like a refund of my money. The copies of my guarentee card and reciept have been attached below.

Subject: Replacement of defective Mobile Phone
Sir,
I purchased a Samsung Z plus mobile phone from your shop dated 3rd June under cash memo no. 23459. With due regret, I would like to phone inform you that the phone could not stand by its expectations. It started making problems within a week of purchase. The speakers are not working properly and make an irritating sound while the camera also is not functioning due to storage issues. While charging, it heats too much and even the battery gets down within one or two hours of charging. I feel something is gravely wrong with this mobile set and It has become unbearable for me to continue with this phone. All the specifications and assurances given at the time of purchase seem to proven untrue. I hope this is just a case of manufacturing defect. I hereby request you to kindly get the product replaced at your earliest as the phone is still under warranty.
