I purchased a home theatre containing Sony Speakers and woofers from your store dated 12th June 2020 under cash memo no. 2345. With due regret, I would like to inform you that after a week of purchase the product started showing major defects.

The sound quality is very low. There is no bass in music and it often starts making a disturbing 'peep' sound in the middle of a song. It is a great inconvenience and disregard for us to play a speaker with such a poor quality sound, especially before guests.
