Subject: Defective mobile phone.

Sir,

A letter of complaint.

This is to inform you that I bought a mobile phone from your centre on Mount Road, last month. This mobile phone cost me 18000 (Eighteen Thousand Rupees). In the initial month, the mobile phone worked very well and I was happy to buy such a product from your centre. But it is now, after a month, this instrument has started developing problems. The main issue that I am facing is that the mobile phone gets heat if I continuously use it for more than one hour. Another issue is with its display, at times, it continuously blinks which affects my eyes.

Therefore, I request you to kindly replace this mobile phone with the other one as the mobile phone is under warranty.

Thanking You

Yours Truly
