Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am the student of class VIII and I'm writing this letter to draw your attention towards the poor cleanliness condition in the school.

Classrooms are in very bad condition. There is dustbin in every classroom, in spite of this, the students throw paper on floors and show negligence in their behavior toward cleanliness.

There are papers all around the school which makes the school dirty and messy.

I request you to take action to maintain the cleanliness in school so that it may not lose its reputation.
