the easiest, the cheapest and the best ways to remain fit and healthy.

Today I will tell you the secrets of fitness.
• Exercise is the key to good health.
Most of the people think that they have to go to fashionable gyms and workout there to remain fit. But they think wrong.
• Yoga is the easiest, cheapest and best way to remain fit. Some peoples also do dieting to remain thin and fit. It's too wrong.
• Cycling and Waking by near by places are also the best way of doing exercise.
• To remain fit you have to do daily 1 hour exercise.
• You don't need to do anything. Just exercise.
• If u don't need time to do exercises you can also go to stairs and u can do up to down. It's also a exercise.
