But there is always one hindrance in every family around the globe especially in the Indian community where the elders of the family have a huge age gap between their kids and themselves. This creates a rift in their thinking and results in different opinions on every matter. This causes tension in a family and at times it destroys a healthy family life.  

To prevent this both children should try to understand their parents and the era they have lived before while the adults of any family should become more open-minded about new ideas.
