Sir,
I have placed a supply order for 25 sets of computers from your company on the 16th of June, 2020. However not a single computer has been received by this school which has caused much inconveniences to the office staff, students and students.
Therefore I regret to inform you that the supply order stands cancelled as your company could not fulfill the agreed upon terms and conditions to supply the computers within 30 days from the day of placing the order, i.e. 16th June.
