thanks for receiving my phone call , drawing your kind attention to your promise delivering musical instrument(guitar ,flutes etc) last Sunday . it was 7 day when I ordered .I know it was my mistakes that I ordered by phones call which is not in your service.
It may be disappointed to know that in 21 century people order things by latter but for costomer safty it is best .
Normally I am in position that I need urgent (with in 24hour) my instrument items for annual function in school .
I have checked your coustomer service guideline according to point number 6 ,I will get my items with in 6 hour .It is about 6km far from my house .The cost was paid using PAYTEM in 2 January 2020 .I shall insure that you give the service with in 24 hour .
