I falls right across the crocodiles, and in the process it knocks the python into the water. The python presumably can swim, but it's confused.

i swims away, while the crocodiles wriggle out from under the fallen tree. Meanwhile, the python makes a mistake and swims too close to the crocodiles. They bite the snake in half.

And the now i am on the opposite side of the river, while the lion is still roaring in frustration.
