Dear Diary,
I watched the Olympic game today, it was the happiest day of my life, a day to remember and cherish my whole life. Michael Stone was there, he was one of the two competitors selected for the finals in pole vaulting competition held during the National Junior Olympics, and he won, his achievement was simply remarkable as he was blind, he is an inspiration to me, his never give up attitude has given me a whole different perspective. His parents always encouraged him.
Various events were scheduled for the day, such as aquatics, baseball, basketball, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire day, after watching this I'm enthusiastic to start my journey towards sports. Tomorrow onwards I'm going to start with practice and make my country proud.
