I am a resident of Lucknow and a regular visitor of public places. I visit government libraries and public parks frequently.
The surroundings at such places can not be kept tidy. This is due to the presence of some people who do not listen to authorities and workers. They create nuisance in such areas as well.
I request you to look into the matter and take prompt action concerning this.
