Sir,

I regret to inform you that the application that you've submitted for participating in our "Leadership skills" workshop has been rejected. We had advertised that only 250 applications will be accepted. When we got your application letter and form, all our seats has been allotted to other applicants, so we had to reject your request.

But don't lose your spirit, we organise such workshops after every 2 months. From next time we'll let you know about the upcoming workshop a month beforehand so that you will be able to apply before the allotted seats gets filled.
