I will arrange the transport plan for the outing so that the journey becomes pleasant for all. I will carry drinking water for all so that we can stay hydrated while enjoying out outing.

I will discuss with everybody and will arrange for the food so that we have some foods while on the move. I will load some travel essential for combating emergency. I will take a first aid box with me and lastly, will take my power bank with me in case anyone goes short on mobile charging.
