well ask her to play fairly by following the same rules which we r using. if she refuses then I will ask her to get out of then game. if she doesn't I will get out

It's really very very simple, In that case when a new friend come and follows some different rules you have two choices
(i) tell her clearly but in a soft and sweet manner that you and your friends follow different rules for that particular rule and tell her those rules clearly.
OR
(ii) Ask her to tell those (her) rules to you and your friends and try to play that game according to that rules. It will increase the bond of friendship between you all also and since she is new she will also feel comfortable with you all.
