Being a resident of Chandigarh I am worried about the waste disposal system of the city. As a team leader of Eco club of Sant Ravidas Public School, I can suggest some solutions for effective waste disposal measures. We have to educate people regarding this issue. Proper set of rules has to be formed. We should take strict action against those who won’t follow the rules.
Waste segregation should become the priority. Dry waste should be recycled and reused.
It’s my humble request to you to propagate this issue through your edition.
I hope you will cooperate and take steps towards making Chandigarh a garbage free city.
