I am Pramod, a resident of Bandara Road, New Delhi. I regularly pass-by the untidy garbage dumped by the residents of our colony unwarily. The negligence of municipal authorities adds another problem as the garbage stinks making it difficult for a passerby to pass from the lane. Through your esteemed newspaper, I request the residents to apply civic sense in garbage handling. I hope the municipal authority will tackle the problem by arranging garbage bins or lift-up vehicles.
