Subject: Rash and reckless driving among youngsters.

Dear Sir,

I would like to address the issue of the recent increase in the cases of rash and reckless driving in and around the city. It not only poses a threat to the safety of these youngsters but it also endangers the people on the roads. There should be a stricter way of regulating these issues, and making sure that young people are not made to drive around.

It will be a great deal if your esteemed newspaper could address the issue of such events so as to made parents more aware of such cases and preventing their children from going on drives if they are underage. It might also probably reduce these reckless driving incidents from any major and disastrous consequences.

I hope your paper will address the issue and bring about awareness of this issue.
