The BIOS (Basic Input Output System) is not correctly setup in the system due to which the Operating System (OS) is not able to load correctly. It is generally set to the factory mode condition of unit testing. If the unit is under warranty take it to the vendor so that it can be properly corrected. The technical support has to deactivate the manufacturing programming mode (MPM) or if you want to correct it by yourself, ensure that the disk that has the OS is loaded correctly.
