No , it is no possible to separate components of sand and dust by our hand .

but to separate the mixture of sand and dust we use another method.

to separate, pour the mixture of sand and dust in water and wait for a while . later the lighter particles ie dust comes to the top as it is having less density and heavier particles of sand goes down.
