Answer:

aim: to identify which of the given samples are same

materials required: beaker, rectangular shaped filter paper, water ,pencil ,cello tape and Black water soluble inks.

procedure : draw a thick line just above the bottom of the filter paper using one of the sample of Black water soluble ink sample. pour some water in the beaker and hang the paper strip with the help of a pencil and cellotape in such a way that it should just touch the surface of the water

make sure that the ink line or mark not touch the water.

allow the water to move up the paper for 5 minutes and then remove this strip from water and let it dry.

take another remaining samples and do the same procedure.

observations: we will observe that the the samples of Black water soluble ings leave of their colours such as Red green violet black accepted but two of the samples give out same colours.

therefore the samples which gave out the same colours are are same.
