Explanation:

firstly I would put the phenopthalein paper in any of these

probabilty 1)if it showed the basic nature it will be Naoh and

probabilty 2)if it will show acidic colur like orange or red it will be hcl the we will add the determined solution in remaining two beakers

probabilty 3) if it doesn't show any colur change the its sugar solution.

probabilty 1 ) if we identify hcl by phenophthalein paper the we will put hcl in remaining two solutions one of it will react to form a salt and water it will be Naoh and othe one which will not show any reaction will be Sugar solution.

probabilty 2) if we identify Naoh by phenophthalein paper then we will put it in remaining two solutions out of which one will react with it and form salt and water it will be hcl and other one which will not react at all will be Sugar solutions.

hence we identified all the liquids/solutions.

but if there comes probabilty 3 so it will be difficult to identify so simple method is .

1) make 3 pieces of phenopthalein paper and put all the three pieces in three liquids respectively . out of colour you can identify which is base/acid/ sugar solution.
