Answer:by adding an indicator

Explanation:we will use methyl orange..On adding methyl orange, the liquid which would be acid will become red coloured, the one which would be base will become yellow coloured while water(neutral medium) will become orange..

NOTE: you cannot use phenolphthalein bcoz it gives the same colour in acidic and neutral(water) solutions..so we cannot differentiate between acid and water
