You are provided with three metals: sodium, magnesium and copper, using only water as the reactant, how will you identify each of them.

sodium is very reactive, it will react with water very easily , like burning , hydrogen gas will evolve




magnesium will not react as much as sodium , hydrogen gas will evolve.

but copper will not react at all!!!

sodium is very reactive it will react with water easily... like a pop sound....... magnesium is also reactive but less reactive than sodium.... for example the magnesium ribbon and the last copper... copper is very less reactive it won't react with water
