Subject :- Replacing the laptop

Sir / Madam,

I want to tell you that last summer I've bought a Laptop from 'Best Vision' of Gulbarga with a warranty of 2 years. But now I discover the quality of graphics is not up to the mark. Even the sound is not very clear. I'm facing problem I want to replace it with a warranty.

So,I request you to see this problem it will be very helpful for me. If possible replace it as soon as possible.
