This is to inform you that I, Puneet Kaur, had bought a Mi TV from your store on 21 July 2020 with cash memo number 5565658273. But unfortunately the TV started malfunctioning within one month of usage.

In this connection, I would like to inform you that the TV that I had bought from your store has stated to malfunction within the warranty period. Its pictures are blurred and the sound automatically goes up and down. The remote is not working and also the TV is not connecting to WiFi. It was not expected from a renowned brand like Mi. The TV has not suffered any external damage so far. Neither it has faced any internal damage from the day it has been brought.

I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and take necessary actions for the repairing or replacement (if necessary) keeping in mind the 1 year warranty that comes with the product.
