On Monday night, a stray dog was killed by the speedy car without mercy. Also,he left the dog there like any garbage. Killing animal is also a crime. Mr. Jha, Sub Inspector said that since no FIR is registered and also that dog does not belong to anyone there will be no case.
There are daily 49 road accidents in which a stray dog either gets injured or dies. As holding the seat of responsible citizen, I request everyone or to take care of the stray dogs like you do to your children.
