Sir,
I am sorry to show my utter dismay that the telephone answering system supplied by on 26 April, 2019 against the cash memo number 35823 has become defective.
The defects are as follows as :
1. It is not able to take any call.
2. It's wire burns when I plucked switch.
3. It's handle is broken.
I, therefore, request you to replace the telephone answering system against the warranty card number 9467. I hope that will be replaced in the necessary period. I hope that you can do it as soon as possible.
