Dear Editor,
I am Rani, a resident of Gandhinagar. I am writing to you in order to raise the issue of incidents of kidnappings and extortions.
Kidnappings and extortions are common nowadays. One evening some children were playing outside of their houses and they were playing for three hours and after three hours they didn't return. Their parents were scared because their children had not come back. Exactly at 9 PM, a call came to every parent that kidnappers wanted a handsome amount and if they will inform police then their children will be murdered by those kidnappers. One more case which came out is extorting. Some bad guys are extorting people's money and if they didn't give them money then they are hitting people. These locality people made many representations to the government but no action has been taken so far to avoid kidnappings and extortions. That is why now through this letter we want to draw the attention of the Government.
As the situation is not good, I request you to highlight it through your newspaper. So that the government will take some action to avoid kidnappings and extortions.
