Dear Sir/Madam,

I recently ordered some packs of T-shirts for my shop from your website ( I'll not mention any but u can use one name of any website), and to my surprise they were not the same which I ordered! I ordered the t-shirts which were of blue colour and without collar but I got some other material. Also the peice is defected one, one of the t-shirts is having holes in it.

I would be very pleased if you exchange it with the product I want, or you can also refund me the amount. Thank you!
