Sub: School tour to Ajanta and Ellora Caves

I am Mrs. Ragini, the Teacher-in-Charge at BHS Matriculation School, Nasik.

Class X and XI of our school intends to visit the Ajanta and Ellora caves during the summer vacation. It is estimated that about 120 students and 7 teachers will be part of the tour.

I would appreciate if you can send me tour details such as transport, accommodation, other nearby places of interest, etc. so that we may plan accordingly and contact you for booking the tour.

Please send me these details latest by 25th of this month.
