Subject: Complaint letter.

Sir

I purchased a washing machine of Samsung model no. xx3031 from your showroom which is the nearest to me. It is not working satisfactorily since past two months, kindly replace it.

Your company has an excellent Goodwill in the market which is worth appreciating. I have been using your brand for the past 8 years. The above said product worked excellently for 2 months but now it has started giving problems. The suction pipe was leaking, it produced sound and our clothes do not clean properly.

I have tried to complaint through letters and calls, but have all gone into deaf ears. My product is under the warranty period, kindly replace it. I hope you will pay heed to it and do the needful.

Kindly find enclosed here with a Xerox of cash bill and the warranty for your kind perusal.

Topic - complaint about the malfunctioning washing machine

Sir,

I am your customer of your , I bought a shining Whirlpool wasing machine ,model-********** from your store expecting it to work the bestest. From the first day on,the washing machine started to have unusual noices while working like the washing machine is breaking apart. As I bought it firstly and I didn't have experience,I ignored it and washed my clothes in it but today,when I operated it,the washing machine fell apart , it's screws are fallen over here and there. I really don't know what to do and sir kindly send your mechanics to help me out or else I want to cancel my order and take the machine back.
