COMPLAINT REGARDING POOR SERVICE

Recently, our university had chosen the Adventure Tours and Travel, for our tour to Chhatbir Zoo and the services were poor and unexpected.

There were many mismanagements that drew my notice. Firstly, the staff was rude and unkind. Whenever we asked for a extra blanket and pillow, the staff would angrily stare at us and the room service was never at time. We needed to call them again and again. Secondly, the AC's weren't working and we didn't even got another room in exchange nor the air conditioners were replaced or repaired. They had mentioned on the official websit of your tour that veg food is available, and that was the main reason for us choosing your tour. We had to go to other restaurants and eat and the veg food available there was not that tasty. The travel buses organized were never at time. We are disappointed to acknowledge that we didn't have a good experience.

Our university wants the tour to give us the refund or you can sponser us another free trip to some other place. All students need their money back and we kindly request you to refund us.
