Sir/Ma'am

I would like to draw your kind attention toward the water logging problem that persist in our locality since a long time. The poor drainage system causes a great inconvenience to the residents of this area as well as the the people who passes by here . The drains are not properly maintained , most of them are clogged and hence not able to drain the rain water . Our area is also at low level that's why during rainy season the streets become flooded with water many people have complained that due to this poor drainage system their shops and ground floor got filled with lot of water resulting in huge losses . It becomes problematic to park two wheelers also , because water enters into the engine of vehicles cause lesion in their functioning . There are many more problems caused by this drainage system like sanitation issue, resulting in disease etc. Many times the complaints are attended but all in vain no proper steps were taken to resolve this issue. You are , though requested to take personal interest in this matter for solving this problem.

I hope you would take necessary steps to redress our grievances .

Respected Sir ,

I would like to bring your kind notice toward the poor water logging facility in the area , which shows the drawback in swachh Bharat mission . Due to improper water logging facility the water is not drained properly.

Resulting in discomfort to the residents of the society. During monsoon period it seems like the society is completely flooded . All the ground floor, parking lodge etc got filled with water . The people who suffer the most is students and employees who had to catch buses , cabs etc because there is not space to walk in the street because of no drainage.

The water stays in the street even after 1-2 days of rain .

Many times complaint are made in the authorities , but no satisfactory step has been taken even now. We request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
