Dear sir ,
It's a disappointment to inform you that the cabinet purchased against the above -mentioned voucher no is completely defective and beyond any use to me .
when tried to keep my set even with the help of an expert , it could not be used as the shapes are defective though I was assured by your concern about it's proper fitment .
Accordingly , my request to you is to either replace the defective one for a new one or take proper steps for a money back at the earliest . Copy of voucher enclosed .
